1. Where We Ship

Bodynity currently ships to the following countries:

  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Sweden
  • Norway

We do not currently ship to other countries.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, and Norway. There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During high-demand periods such as sales events or promotional campaigns, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:

Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Estimates may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or local logistics disruptions.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with established logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on your destination and order, carriers may include PostNord, DHL, UPS, Bring, and Schenker. The carrier used for your specific order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order is first scanned by the carrier.

You can also track your order at any time using the Track Your Order link in our store navigation.


7. Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the maximum delivery commitment shown in Section 4, please contact us at info@bodynity.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Lost Packages

A shipment is considered lost if there has been no tracking movement for 30 days from the date of dispatch. If your package is confirmed lost we will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

We may request confirmation from the carrier before processing the resolution. You will not be required to pay again or cover any additional costs in the event of a lost shipment.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, the shipment may be returned.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@bodynity.com. We will correct the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

If the order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, additional reshipping costs may apply. We will always contact you before charging any additional costs.


10. Customs and Import

Orders shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Sweden are delivered into the EU. Orders shipped to Norway are delivered into the EEA.

Our goods are shipped from outside the EU and EEA. Depending on the value of your order, import VAT or customs duties may be assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival. Where such charges apply, they will be clearly communicated to you before you complete your purchase. We do not add unexpected charges after you have placed your order.
